[squid-users] certain web site don't load

Hi,

We are having trouble with this site sitna.tracasa.es, (is a territorial
information system.)

When We access to the site, the browser is unable to load anything and
is waiting until a timeout is given, nothing in cache.log, the
access.log show:

1174667279.007 14009 X.X.X.X TCP_MISS/000 0 GET
http://sitna.tracasa.es/ - DIRECT/sitna.tracasa.es -

and timeout

The squid version is 2.6.Stable12
We have the /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn with 0

This site is the only one which we are having problems currently.

Any ideas?
