[squid-users] Squid2.6.STABLE9 and ICAP

Hey,

I encounter a problem with ICAP client support. Indeed I got the
following errors :
parseConfigFile: line 3042 unrecognized: 'icap_enable on'
parseConfigFile: line 3166 unrecognized: 'icap_service s1
respmod_precache 0 icap://localhost:1344/respmod'
parseConfigFile: line 3184 unrecognized: 'icap_class c1 s1'
parseConfigFile: line 3210 unrecognized: 'icap_access c1 allow HTTP GET'

Of course I patch the source with icap-2_6.patch but I got some
rejections that I can't manually resolve (like signature of the function
httpProcessReplyHeader which is static void now while the patch tries to
go from static size_t to size_t).
Moreover I configure with the --enable-icap-support option.

So does anyone manage to successfully install ICAP client support with
Squid2.6.STABLE9 ?
