[squid-users] could not access a specific website

hi,
I have a farm of squid and all of them cannot access a
specific website (www.egg.com).
Another set of proxy using bluecoat proxy can access
this site.
nslookup is ok. no firewall exist between proxy and
internet.
the browser shows the 500 error and the proxy log
indicates that this website is either unreachable or
down.

is it related to timeout? any hints on how to
troubleshoot this problem?
