There are some known problems with Delay Pools in the squid-2.6
distribution. Some of them were fixed with the latest release
(stable3.)

It'd be nice if you would post your squid.conf file, minus comments!,
just so we have some idea of what you're doing. Pasting your ./configure
line will also help others duplicate your problem.
