The easiest path is Samba winbind as there is not much to guess in such
setups. See the FAQ for details.

It's also possible via LDAP, but it's a bit of a bumpy road to get
started unless you are familiar with how MSAD looks via the LDAP
interface. The manual for squid_ldap_auth has some examples which
should give you the general idea, but it assumes you know the structure
of the LDAP directory a bit..
