Any OpenBSD users around knowing how to pkg_add Squid with delay pools
enabled?

If you install the squid-cache.org version of Squid then it's installed
using ./configure ...; make install, with suitable options given to
configure, much like most other free software..

To find the available configure options run ./configure --help
