[squid-users] transparent mode + authentication

I want to use a squid in two ways:

1. in transparent mode for the regular users.
blacklisting using squidguard is enabled, which works properly:
regular users can't see blacklisted content.
2. as a non-transparent proxy for high-profile users: they fill out
the proxy settings in their browser, they authenticate with
user/password and they are able to bypass the blacklisted content.
In squidguard I've configured the user so he can bypass the filter,
once authenticated.

Anti-virus scanning is always enabled with squidclamav.
This works except the AV scanning which doesn't work, when I
allow authenticated users in squid.
Can this be done in squid? How can I configure this? Is there another
way to do this?.

Thx,
P.
