[squid-users] about squid Last failed connect

Hello Sir

here is peer cache statics from webmin cachemgr:-

Last failed connect() at: 12/Jul/2006:16:40:55 +0300

? it failed on 12/Jul/2006:16:40:55 +0300

and i check the router/modem it connect again at
12/Jul/2006:16:48:41

and i am checking the squid it self get it back or not
but now more then 6 hours passed it didnt

it didnt get back untill i restart squid or from web
min i make it apply configuration or apply changes

So is there any way that squid it self check and get
back when router connect again
