[squid-users] Get IP for hostname portion in the URL?

A log entry looks like this:

1141175786.622 50 141.42.60.21 TCP_MISS/200 4132 GET http://www.tjaereborg.de/media/TJAEREBORG_Winter_2005_ZP0133_liste_-2.jpg - DEFAULT_PARENT /127.0.0.1 image/jpeg

Is there any pre-existing code that ADDS an additional column to the
log entry -- the IP of the hostname portion in the URL, e.g.

1141175786.622 50 141.42.60.21 TCP_MISS/200 4132 GET http://www.tjaereborg.de/media/TJAEREBORG_Winter_2005_ZP0133_liste_-2.jpg 194.195.126.53 ...
