What pattern you used in url_regex acl?

for eg: if you want to block the site "xyz.com" and if the users tries to
visit google search cached pages.. you can provide the pattern as follows.

In the file abc.text add the following patterns
\?q\=cache:.*:xyz.com
^http://:xyz.com

Then in the squid conf use the pattern as

acl blocked_sites url_regex -i abc.txt
http_access deny blocked_sites
