[squid-users] delay pools not working with telephone modem

Hello everybody.
I have found a strange problem with delay pools.

This is a section of my squid.conf

delay_parameters 1 32000/32000 16000/16000 8000/50000

I'm using this squid-proxy through a slow (33600bps) modem
connections.
After 50 kbyte of traffic my client doesn't work anymore
(both explorer and firefox): they are frozen. I must
stop and restart squid.
Removing the delay pool solve the problem.
I think the problem is because the delay pool limit is
bigger than the client speed connection.
