That should block anything => 500KB.
Note that the Content-Length header is in bytes.
acl UPLIMIT req_header Content-Length [0-9]{8,}
should block anything >= 10000000 (10MB)
I hope that I've got it right this time. Please correct any errors or
give me some hints about a better method.
