Due to it's design NTLM do have great trouble with POST/PUT requests as
the data needs to be reposted by the client three times on two TCP
connections, but it should work if only a bit slowly..
I would suggest you to try upgrading to the current Squid-2.5 release.
There has been quite many NTLM related bugfixes over the years, including
major cleanups of how PUT/POST requests are handled within Squid. If you
still experience problems please file a bug report and be prepared to
collect network level traces.
