Everybody is talking about law problems (I think this question is out of
this topic).
What can you say about honeypots?
What if I'm trying to configure a honeypot. If I'll permit a hacker to
hack any site, but will tell the hostmaster of that hacked site the IP
of the hacker.
Also I'll find out about new valnurabilty in any web-soft as soon as any
hacker will hack that web-soft.
Of course, you'll say special people should do that (catching hackers).
But we should understand that those special peaple will first warn the
developer of the hacked web-soft. And the developer will ask them not to
tell the public about those "holes" untill the developer will correct
the found mistakes. But I think if that soft has such "holes" the
hostmaster should look for some better soft. Hiding "holes" is usual for
payed soft. Why should we pay for a "durchschlag"?
I think this question is out of this topic. So I'd like to close it.
Thanks for answers anyway.
