One (or more) of your "src" or "dst" acls seems to be trying to match a ~.
Search your squid.conf and any included files for it.

Subject: [squid-users] aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
Hi,
I am having a message whenever I restart my Squid (5 times):
2004/11/16 20:40:59| aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
2004/11/16 20:40:59| aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
2004/11/16 20:40:59| aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
2004/11/16 20:40:59| aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
2004/11/16 20:40:59| aclParseIpData: Bad host/IP: '~'
and so the Squid is running but ignoring the ACL list.
Thank you for any help.
