[squid-users] enable-ipf-transparent on linux

Hi Everyone,

How do I compile with transparent proxy support on linux? I tried using
the --enable-ipf-transparent but it reports that it cannot find the
header files.

 ip_nat.h is located under /usr/include however ip_fil.h, and
ip_compat.h cannot be found anywhere. Do I need to do something special
to get it working?
