Basically, there is not _FD_SETSIZE in types.h
file.You need to enter
__FD_SETSIZE 8192 manually in
/usr/include/bits/types.h.
By the way, it's required to set ulimit -HSn 8192
everytime you start
the squid server.So make a simple script to do so. You
can check in
cachemgr.cgi under General Runtime Information to see
whether the squid is
configured with 8192 file desc available.
