[squid-users] force the X-Forwarded-For header on the same box as the server that I'm using?

Hi there

We have a Squid 2.4 Stable 4 installation.

We are using the X-Forwarded-For header for identification.

Anyway, in testing, when I have the Squid running on the same box as my web server, the X-Forwarded-For header isn't appearing, whereas when the Squid is on a separate box it does appear.

Hoping that someone can help me with the right configuration so that I can force the X-Forwarded-For header to appear with every connection that the Squid makes to the web server.
