WebWasher told me that their patches have not been ready to be deployed
for production use. So it's a dead-end project. Never versions are not
supposed to come.

Olivier Girondel has written a new set of patches that he says are
working fine. He has already submitted the changes to the development
team. If you want to get him personally you may want to join #squid on
freenode.net. He usually attends there.
