This is due to how the browser works. The login is only cached in the
browser for the duration of the browser session.
Most browsers allows saving of the password in the user profile,
eleminating this repeated login at the cost of some security.

The easiest is to allow access to the sites required by these programs
without requiring authentication. See Squid FAQ chapter 10 Access
Controls.
