Odd.. it works just fine here using Squid-2.5. Just remember to quote the
arguments using double quotes (").

You can always use the -d option to make squid_ldap_auth a little more
verbose about it's operations.. (latest version may be required.. don't
remember when this option was added but it was not very long ago)
