[squid-users] Help in delay pools

I have redhat 7.x and running Squid/2.4.STABLE6.I will
be shifting to 128kbps link due 2 business slow down
and downsizing.
I wish 2 slow down user access to sex  related sites
by introducing delay pool.if users r accessing sex
sites they shouldnot get more than 2KB/S etc.best way
2 accomplish this is by putting magic words
acl magic word1 url_regex -i sex anal
I also wish 2 introduce delay pool for certain
extensions.users  shouldnot get 2kb/s or 2400
acl magic word2 url_regex -i ftp .exe .zip .avi .mp3
I am preplexed how 2 combine both delay pools.can u
plz help me out and write script fo it
