[squid-users] CONNECTs limitted to 15 minutes (or 900000 milliseconds)? (Squid 2.5 Stable 4)

I am currently seeing this with Squid 2.5.STABLE4 and also Squid
3.0-PRE3-20040519 . Basically I am attempting to rsync a copy of a
Fedora Linux mirror. After 15 minutes, the connection dies. I can not
find any occurance of "900" in the source, or squid.conf.default . Why
is this?
