in "/tmp/forbidden_url.txt" file : you simply use

playboy.com
penthouse.com
sanggrahan.org
66.98.190.156

don't mention www or https://
this will block the site whether it starts with www or http:// or whatever
it is.

in "/tmp/forbidden_url.txt" file :

When i restart squid only porn sites with www..... can blocked, but porn
sites without www..... (using http://..............) can't be block.......
