sure there is.
look at the acl directives where you can specifically allow some machines.
There are other acls as well like srcdomain, srcdom_regex etc For eg
acl my_allowed_networks src 192.168.0.0/24
acl my_auth_networks src 10.0.0.0/24
acl user_passwords proxy_auth REQUIRED
http_access allow my_allowed_networks
http_access allow user_passwords my_auth_networks
something like that
