Well, this will already help me a lot
(to know icp queries are only logged in the first access file)
Any idea why the acl works that way (i.e. having to negate it in order to
get the correct result) ?

ICP is currently logged to the first cache_access_log, regardless of what
acls are used on it.
This is a design limitation which we hope to remove in a later version.
