Just remove the cache_swap_log setting in squid.conf. It will put it back
into its default position (one in each cache directory).
Be sure to run "squid -k rotate" when you rotate your normal Squid logs.
This will cause Squid to rebuild swap.state and keep it from growing
without bounds.
