[squid-users] squid and Performing DNS test

Hello.

why I go to execute the comand squid -NCd1 the squid proxy can´t starting,
because show me the following error.

FATAL: ipcache_init: DNS name lookup test failed

I have the service named(DNS) runing ok.

why?, what can I do?
Some body help?
please.
