It is now working. I was stupid again. In my /usr/bin was a ntlm_auth that
was version 3.0.0-15 and in /usr/local/bin was version 3.0.2a. Once I
changed the squid.conf to point to /usr/local/bin/ntlm_auth it worked. I
then replace the wrong version files with the correct version. I though I
did this before. Thanks to those that replied.
