acl USER_WITHOUT_AUTH scr Y1.Y2.Y3.Y4/E.F.G.H
acl PASSWORD proxy_auth REQUIRED

http_access allow USER_WITHOUT_AUTH
http_access allow USER_WITH_AUTH PASSWORD
http_access deny all
