FW: [squid-users] squid startup problems

I need a little schooling on (re)compiling. How can I force make install to
recopy everything? Ill save the conf file off... Its not repopulating the
/usr/sbin/squid binary for instance...

I dont know why is says Version 2.4.STABLE6, the only squid install on this
box was from squid-2.5.STABLE4.tar.
This install was patched with ssl-2.5.patch
