Current status:
No development for very long time.
Only minimal WCCPv2 support to try to support the same level of
functionality as provided by WCCPv1.

From my understanding it is usually the reverse as WCCPv2 is better
supported by Cisco, trying to phase out WCCPv1. But I am not a Cisco
guy and only speak based on what I have understood based on what
others have said on this list regarding the subject.
