If you want to block msn messenger, you can always use its http_access_reply
using an acl which make use of rep_mime_type.. look for the mime of
messenger (i.e, access.log), it will help very much... this is the same as
windowsupdate which uses octet-stream/application mime...

As it can use both direct connections and connections proxied via HTTP
you need to block both methods to block MSN Messenger.
