[squid-users] page can not be displayed

Hi people

Just wondering if some one can point me in the right direction, squid from
time to time gives "page can not be displayed erros" but if users press
F5/refresh then they will get the page. what setting is this in squid, i
should imagine it`s a dns time out error or something, if any cn give us
some help would be much apreciated.
