Then you have two options - choose one:
1) Configure squid as a reverse proxy now and use a webserver behind it.
2) Don't use squid until you need those services.

It's not a problem, it's the way things are.
Squid is NOT a webserver.
* It doesn't support CGI.
* It doesn't support static page serving.
