Alternatively, upgrade to Squid-2.5 which knows about all the WebDAV
methods used by Outlook Web Access for MSIE.
I do not remember the full list of methods you need to add to Squid-2.4,
but you should be able to find this in the squid-users archives some
weeks before 2.5.STABLE1 was released.
