Hi, Henrik
here is my line from squid.conf
cache_dir diskd /var/cache/squid 4294 16 256 Q1=100 Q2=100
After facing 20-30 requests, i am getting following line in cache.log
2003/05/05 12:57:11| assertion failed: diskd/store_dir_diskd.c:1652: "buf"
What does it mean ? I think for diskd process Q1=64 and Q2=72 default.
and I increased upto 100 and 100. Does it seem logical ?
or Does it have any relation or propotion with Disk space ?
Thank you
Jigar

Yes? It is called a lot..
Do you have a problem with disk I/O or with CPU usage?
If using Linux you might want to try aufs as an alternative.
