These ports (if used by HTTP) is allowed by Squid by default.
The key qyestion is: How are these ports used for "Internet banking"?
The ports certainly is not any standard ports part of any standard
protocol.
Please note: Squid is NOT a firewall. Squid is a HTTP proxy. Firewalling
is done by other components.
