This too if you use a HTTP client which is intelligent enough to
realise that HTTP has a operation for sending files (PUT) and that
this can be used to ask a HTTP proxy to upload a FTP file..
unfortunately only Netscape 4.x is known to understand this small
detail.. Hopefully some of the few "FTP clients" supporting the use
of HTTP proxies also does..
