[squid-users] a simple advice.

I have 600 client to connect to internet.
I use a machine with 1,2Gb ram and 3 scsi disk in raid5, total amount of disk
space is about 70Gb.
In this machine I have installed linux debian woody with squid.
Is suitable a configuration like this?

I think I can increase disk cache and cache_mem value.
But If I increase disk cache, say to 8Gb, I must modify also the L1 and L2
values from cache_dir parameter?
Or I can keep the defaults 16 and 256?
