It seems you are trying to access an application requiring Basic HTTP
authorization behind a proxy requiring Basic HTTP authorization.. the
entered login is accepted by the proxy, but then rejected by the backend
web server as the login probably does not match..
There is only space for one set of user credentials in HTTP. If multiple
servers in the request path requires authentication then all servers
must use the same password database (or at least synchronized password
databases).
