You can use a redirector helper to add suitable username+password
identifications to URLs forwarded by Squid by rewriting the URLs on
the form

  http://user:password@host/path/to/...

Be sure to only do so on requests for your Intreanet servers however.
You do not want this information to be leaked out to servers on the
Internet.

Other solutions is better suited when Squid runs as a reverse proxy.
