no i do not get anything in cache.log.
now i restarted squid again to disconnect all users
and did "tail -f access.log | grep myusername"
i saw, that no entry will be made if i upload a file.
and the error-page appears in a milli second.
when i make changes on the php-page without any upload file,
it is working with an access log entry
(user date "post" "url" http/1.1 200 3750 TCP_MISS:DIRECT)
but now i am confused, because even a file under 20kb
is not working.? (perhaps the squid restart was the fault?)
my changes:
1.) enable log_mime_hrds on
2.) disable log_mime.... (because lots of log entry)
3.) enable reply_body_max_size 0 allow all
restart squid.. something like that was my way.

Then the default limit should apply.. which is no limit for Squid-2.5.
Do you get anything in cache.log?
