Squid is using a single UDP port for DNS lookups. The port number is
dynamically assigned by your OS when Suqid starts up. See cache.log when
Squid starts. There will be a line like

2002/11/01 17:53:28| DNS Socket created at 0.0.0.0, port 32772, FD 7

telling what this port is beeing used for..
