One way is to write a redirector helper who tries to resolve the
address, and if not successful sends a redirect (preferably a browser
redirect).

Another more efficient approach is to hire a Squid developer for some
hours to add the feature to Squid as a optional way of processing "host
not found" error messages by Squid. If you are interested in hiring a
