[squid-users] How do I get the proxy to stop the download of video etc. when Authentication is stopped?

Hi,
 
I am using basic Authentication using an external helper program which
checks Username and Password against an SQL database. All works fine
except when the username and password are removed from the database
access is not refused until another link is clicked.
 
If a user is currently watching a streamed movie or downloading a
program I need to cut that connection immediately. I thought that if
the authenticate_cache_garbage_interval was set low then this would
automatically retry the helper program but this seems to not be the
case.
 
Does anyone know how this can be done?
