There is no deny_url directive in Squid.
In the current development versions deny_info accepts a URL if you like
instead of a error page name. In such case the user will be redirected
to the given URL. There is also special codes for encoding the requested
URL and some other information into the redirected URL.
This functionality is also available as a patch to Squid-2.5. This patch
can be found from http://devel.squid-cache.org/
