Squid will cache what you tell it to. It can even be configured to
break caching rules if you really want it to, just as it can be told to
never cache certain things.

For starters look at the refresh_pattern tag, particularly the
override_expire option (noting the warning about breaking the HTTP
standard.)

You should also be aware that pre-fetching large amounts of stuff is not
considered good net-citizenry (and some sites will block your access if
you try.)
