[squid-users] Squid should show startpage to every client, every day

I want to do this:

I have a squid proxy Version 2.3.STABLE4-hno.CVS
and a Linux 2.4 kernel.

I want that every client will get a startpage, every day the client first
use squid

how can I do this??
