[squid-users] Why WCCP?

Hello my dear squid users,

I'm not able to understand when, where ! we can use
WCCP. and also tell me is it possible to run it on
computer pc as I know we need a CISCO router for it
and also tell me what type of routers are supporting
WCCP is there any other router without CISCO router
which is supporting WCCP.
